As a digital-first life insurance provider, the client needed an integrated system to manage policy sales and administration—from quote to issuance to ongoing support. But their existing setup was scattered and inefficient.


The sales pipeline included 25 manual stages, with no automation or task dependencies. Reporting lived in spreadsheets, there was no ticketing system, and internal ownership was unclear. Key processes—like validation, underwriting, and client onboarding—were tracked inconsistently across teams.


This created frequent bottlenecks, duplication of effort, and a high risk of errors in regulated policy workflows. A centralized, automation-ready system was needed to bring order, accountability, and visibility across the policy lifecycle.
